During the warmer months, Jillian (RYT as of June 2019) teaches four classes per week in the barn. Trained in classical yoga, her classes utilize traditional breathing techniques and postures, which are held for multiple breaths at a time. Jillian’s classes tend to be more restorative than challenging, focusing on the subtleties of the body and its emotions. Come let go and take some deep breaths with barn swallows.
